Accounts to be Transferred to YTM in 2022 and 2023
The article of the Capital Markets Board published in the Official Gazette dated 27.02.2015 and numbered 29280 is regulated as "All kinds of security deposits and receivables arising out of investment services and activities and the interests, profit shares and other returns associated thereto shall be time-barred and registered as income to Investors Compensation Center if and to the extent they are not claimed and collected within ten years following the date of the last claim or transaction made or the last instruction given by any means whatsoever by the account holder, or following the date of liquidation for investment funds and investment companies with capital".
Pursuant to this article, you can query the accounts that will expire between 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022 and 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 here.
If our customers or their successors on the list do not apply to our application centers listed below with valid identity documents and documents by the date specified during the inquiry, all kinds of trust and receivables, which are time-barred as per the Law, as well as interest, dividends and other incomes related to them will be transferred to the Investors Compensation Center.
