History

ICBC Yatırım, an affiliate of ICBC Turkey Bank was established with the title of Tekstil Yatırım Menkul Değerler in 1996 in İstanbul and has been providing financial intermediation services with respect to capital market products since inception. The company operates with the title of  ICBC Yatırım following the acquisition of Tekstil Bank’s majority shares by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”) in 2015.
